How do deposits and fees work?
Any suggested deposit or fee is settled directly between you and the other neighbor when you meet. Book Xchange doesn't process payments or hold money.
How do I report a problem or block someone?
Open their profile in the app and tap Block or Report. You can also report a listing, a message, or an exchange from the chat.
My book isn't showing in Browse.
Books need a location to appear in Browse. Open My Listings in the app and tap "Add to map" on the listing.
How do I delete my account or export my data?
In the app, open your profile. You'll find "Export my data" and "Delete account" there.
